Beenleigh Gem Festival (2026)
Presented by the Beenleigh Lapidary Club, the Beenleigh Gem Festival is a community event celebrating lapidary arts, jewellery making, and creative craftsmanship. Scheduled for Saturday, 3rd October 2026 at the Beenleigh Showgrounds (Annette & Lionel Mundt Exhibition Pavilion), this single-day event features indoor and outdoor displays showcasing precious and semi-precious gemstones, opals, crystals, fossils, minerals, lapidary equipment, tools, and unique handcrafted goods.
Note: As the Beenleigh Lapidary Club is currently navigating a major transition following the forced vacation of their long-standing clubrooms for a school development, visitors, stallholders, and supporters are strongly advised to confirm final arrangements directly with the organizers.

Special Features and Highlights
- Traders and Tailgaters: Extensive displays and sales featuring polished gemstones, handcrafted jewellery, opals, crystals, fossils, minerals, rough rocks, cabochons, and tumbled stones.
- Craft and Tools: Specialised trade tables offering jewellery tools, silver findings, lapidary equipment, cutting supplies, books, and display materials.
- Club Displays: Member showcases of handmade jewellery, faceted gems, and lapidary work.
- Refreshments: Food and hot/cold drinks available on-site.
