Australian Gem and Mineral Expos and the Hawkesbury Valley Lapidary Club invite you to the annual Western Sydney Gem & Crystal Expo at Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre, 30 Herbert Street, Cambridge Park, NSW. The expo takes place over the weekend of Saturday, 22 August and Sunday, 23 August 2026. Doors open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. Entry is $10 for adults, and children under 16 get in free with a parent. You can buy tickets online through Ticketebo or at the door.

This expo is a top regional event for anyone interested in lapidary arts and natural sciences. It brings together traders, hobbyists, collectors, and families from across New South Wales to explore the fascinating world of crystals, minerals, and gemstones.

Featuring:

  • You’ll find a wide range of specialist traders with beautiful gemstones, fine jewellery, raw and polished crystals, fossils, beads, metaphysical items, meteorites, gem rough, and lapidary equipment.
  • Watch live lapidary demonstrations and check out displays from the Hawkesbury Valley Lapidary Club, where you can also learn about club activities and how to become a member.
  • All visitors can enter a lucky door prize draw during the weekend.
